Please be advised that the date on the packaging could be the manufacturing date and NOT the expiration date. If this is the case please refer to the shelf life on the packaging to find out the expiration date. Also be advised that in select countries the date format could be different such as ( dd/mm/yyyy ) or ( yyyy/dd/mm ).
Q3: Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing options?
A: Yes, we offer wholesale or bulk purchasing options for select products. If you are interested in placing a large order, please contact us for more information.
Q4: What is your return policy?
A: Please note, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been placed. DramaticFlavors LLC cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products as a result of courier transit. If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged please contact your shipping carrier for insurance and reimbursement matters. However, if you have any questions or need assistance filing a claim with the courier please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
Q5: How long does it take to process and ship orders?
A: Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its progress.

DramaticFlavors works hard to find exclusive products sourced from all over the world and because of this costs are implied per unit such as shipping, customs, import fees, and other miscellaneous expenses. We work closely with vendors from all over the world and are always looking for the latest products and best prices available.
Q10: The product I want isn't on your website?
Feel more than free to request any products that you can’t find on our store through our Product Request Form, and if we can access the product we will add it for you.
Q11: Can I send a gift to someone?
Yes, just make sure to put the receiver’s address as the shipping address and your own address as the billing address.
